Institute of International Education (IIE)
The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Global Initiative for Breast Cancer Awareness is managed out of the Institute of International Education (IIE), West Coast Center in San Francisco. Founded in 1919, the IIE brings extensive experience in training and leadership development programs for public and private sector professionals around the world. One of IIE’s four core goals is to build leadership skills and enhance the capacity of individuals and organizations to address local and global challenges. We have continued to bring that commitment to designing and managing the Komen Global Initiative.
